This classic coffee has a medium body and a flavor that suggests mellow fruit and a mild walnut tone.
Costa Rica Tarrazu
Grown in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, this is a nicely balanced coffee with a full body. This rich, hearty, smooth taste has been described as “The coffee that has everything and lacks nothing.”
Guatemala Antigua
A medium bodied coffee with a delicate fruity flavour with a slight hint of spiced smokiness.
Mexican Plumas Altura
A smooth balanced medium bodied coffee with a taste that suggests spiced milk chocolate.
Nicaraguan Matagalpa Organic
The complex aroma, medium body, slight winey taste and clean finish are unique characteristics that only a great Nicaraguan coffee can offer. It is a certified organic coffee, shade gown by OCIA International.
Peruvian Organic
A delicious smooth, medium bodied coffee, generally mild and ideal for any occasion. Guaranteed certified organic by coffee producers association. Can be dark roasted to satisfy that dark roast taste.

The winey flavour of Kenya AA is transformed by this dark roast to a smoked, spicy caramel, draped with a heavy body.
Tanzania Peaberry
Full bodied and vibrant, the Tanzanian Peaberry shares much
of the same characteristics of Kenya but with lower acidity.
Asia and the Pacific - tend to be heavier bodied
Bali Paradise Valley
Earthy, with classical island coffee characteristics.
Low intensity and a lighter body.
Celebes Kalossi
A special Asia Pacific coffee, roasted slightly darker to give a clean, nutty, dark chocolate flavour with a creamy body.
Indian Monsooned Malabar
Very unique flavour, pronounced earthy taste, extremely low
acidity. Smooth and light body.
Papua New Guinea Sigri AA
Closely connected to Jamaican Blue Mountain beans, refined
sweetness, with a hint of smoky, hickory background.
Sumatra Mandheling
A full bodied coffee noted for its richness and a flavour that suggests nuttiness with a dash of herbs - a coffee that stands well alone or is rich enough to carry its flavour through milk.
